Hi, I’m Val, and welcome to my world!

I’m an author, a cybercrime specialist, a singer who loves musicals, and a darn good cook, if I may say so. I grew up on Power Metal, RPGs, Sci-Fi conventions, then I got way too much Dungeons & Dragons. So, naturally, I built a fantasy world called Terra. A form of escapism? Maybe. Bringing a dream to life? Definitely.

I published my debut Tempest of Bravoure: Kingdom Ascent in 2020 to share my first work, meet other readers, and build something bigger than myself. Eventually, I want to get traditionally published, but I didn’t think I was ready back then. I had to do what the literary folks call “honing my craft”. Tempest of Bravoure became a book series, but it was only step one, and I've learned so much.

Writing has always been my way through. Terra is the world I created, sometimes to escape, sometimes to heal, and sometimes just because I could.

I want to give people dreams. I want you to find something in Terra, something that comforts, excites, inspires, or just lets you breathe for a moment. Because the real world can be overwhelming, and if I can offer someone refuge, then the Tales of Terra will have done what they were always meant to do.
